Dedicated Business Leased Line & Internet Connectivity — Saudi Arabia

SKYLINE delivers dedicated business leased line & internet connectivity across Riyadh, Jeddah, Dammam, NEOM, and every major Saudi city — by a Saudi engineering team, with Arabic-native software, local support, and on-premise or cloud deployment.

A dedicated business leased line gives your organisation a private, uncontended internet circuit with symmetric upload and download speeds, a hard service-level agreement, and bandwidth that is yours alone — unlike shared broadband, which slows down when neighbouring tenants are busy. For Saudi enterprises running ERP, voice, video conferencing, point-of-sale, and cloud workloads, this is the difference between a connection that merely works and one your business can be built on.

Skyline designs, procures, and manages dedicated internet access (DIA) and point-to-point leased lines across the Kingdom as a vendor-neutral integrator. We are not a carrier — and that is the advantage: we work with STC, Mobily, Zain, and regional fibre providers to source the right last-mile delivery for each site, then layer on the routing, security, and monitoring that carriers leave to you. Whether your head office is in Riyadh's King Abdullah Financial District, a factory in Jubail Industrial City, or a retail chain spread across Jeddah and Dammam, we match the circuit to the workload.

  • Single or dual-carrier delivery with automatic BGP failover for true redundancy
  • Guaranteed bandwidth from 50 Mbps to multi-gigabit with uptime SLAs
  • Static public IP blocks, BGP multihoming, and provider-independent addressing
  • Managed edge routers and firewalls with 24/7 monitoring and incident response
  • Direct, low-latency circuits into major cloud and data-centre regions

Every deployment is documented, monitored, and supported under a Skyline annual maintenance contract, so when a circuit degrades you have one accountable partner instead of a carrier helpdesk queue. We handle CST-licensed carrier coordination, last-mile build scheduling, and the full cutover so your operations are never left guessing.

Frequently asked questions

Quick answers about Dedicated Business Leased Line & Internet Connectivity — Saudi Arabia

What is the difference between a leased line and normal business broadband?
A leased line is dedicated and uncontended — the full bandwidth is reserved for you with symmetric upload and download speeds and a contractual uptime SLA. Business broadband is shared with other users, asymmetric, and offers best-effort speeds with no guarantee. For business-critical workloads, a leased line delivers consistent performance.
Does Skyline operate its own fibre network?
No. Skyline is a vendor-neutral integrator. We coordinate circuits from CST-licensed carriers such as STC, Mobily, and Zain, then design the routing, security, redundancy, and monitoring around them. This lets us choose the best-performing last mile for each site rather than tying you to one operator.
How do you provide internet redundancy so we never go offline?
We deploy a dual-carrier design: two circuits from different operators terminating on managed routers running BGP. If the primary circuit fails, traffic shifts to the secondary automatically within seconds. We can also add a 5G or microwave backup link for sites where a second fibre path is unavailable.
How long does it take to install a dedicated leased line in Saudi Arabia?
It depends on the last-mile situation. If fibre is already in the building, provisioning can take a few weeks. If a new fibre build is required to reach the site, it takes longer and involves civil works and carrier scheduling. Skyline surveys the site early, sets realistic timelines, and can bridge the gap with a temporary wireless or 5G link.
Can you give us static public IP addresses for hosting and VPN?
Yes. We provision static public IP blocks and, where required, set up BGP multihoming so your addressing stays the same even if you change carriers. This is ideal for hosting services, site-to-site VPNs, and remote access where fixed addresses are needed.
