Do I need a Saudi entity to bid on NEOM?
For most IT scopes, yes — either a Saudi subsidiary, branch, or sponsored partner. We provide the latter, allowing you to win NEOM work without setting up your own Saudi entity.
What's the revenue-share model?
Negotiated per engagement. Typical structures: SKYLINE takes 20-30% of project revenue for end-to-end delivery + sponsorship, or a flat fee for sponsorship-only arrangements where you self-deliver remotely.
Which NEOM regions does this cover?
All current NEOM zones: The Line, OXAGON, Trojena, Sindalah, NEOM Bay. Our delivery teams mobilize from Riyadh / Eastern Province as needed.
How fast can we be NEOM-ready?
Vendor portal registration ~2 weeks. Cybersecurity prequalification ~4-6 weeks. First bid-ready: ~8 weeks from kickoff.
Do you take exclusivity?
No. We can be exclusive for specific NEOM categories if commercially aligned, but default arrangement is non-exclusive.
What if NEOM cancels or changes a project mid-delivery?
