Skyline builds and fits out server rooms, edge sites and full white-space halls across the Kingdom, taking a project from concept through design, supply, installation and commissioning to a tested, documented handover.

We scope the room around your real load and growth: rack and cabinet layout, hot-/cold-aisle containment, in-row or precision (CRAC/CRAH) cooling sized for Riyadh ambient conditions, redundant power with UPS, batteries, PDUs/busway and proper earthing/bonding, plus raised access floor or overhead containment where it fits the building. On top of that we integrate the protection layers — VESDA early-smoke detection, clean-agent suppression, water-leak detection, environmental and DCIM monitoring, access control and CCTV — so operations have full visibility and alarms before a small event becomes downtime.

Our designs follow ANSI/TIA-942 tiering principles and are built to align with Saudi civil-defence and ZATCA-driven data-residency expectations, which matters when you are keeping regulated data in-Kingdom. We also handle the risky part well: live data center migration and relocation, rack-and-stack of new equipment, and structured fiber/copper backbone between halls.
