CNC Machining
Our CNC turning and milling centres produce precision components from carbon steel, stainless steel, Inconel, Monel, and other exotic alloys. We machine flanges, shafts, bushings, couplings, and custom parts to tight tolerances (±0.01mm) with full material traceability.
Welding & Fabrication
AWS-certified welders perform SMAW, GTAW (TIG), GMAW (MIG), and SAW welding on pressure vessels, piping, structural steel, and process equipment. All welding procedures are qualified to ASME Section IX and Aramco welding standards.
On-Site Machining
Portable machining equipment enables in-situ flange facing, line boring, pipe cutting, and hot tapping without removing equipment from service — minimizing plant downtime for Saudi petrochemical and power facilities.
Quality Assurance
ISO 9001:2015 certified quality management system with CMM inspection, NDT (UT, MT, PT, RT), and full documentation packages including MTRs, weld maps, and inspection test plans.
