This statement is issued in accordance with the UK Modern Slavery Act 2015 (Section 54) as a global best-practice standard. It covers the financial year ending December 31, 2026. It applies to all SKYLINE entities and operations.

2. Our Structure & Business

SKYLINE is a Saudi Arabian registered company providing industrial and IT solutions including SCADA systems, cybersecurity, fire safety, HVAC, IT infrastructure, and specialized services. We operate across Saudi Arabia with offices in Dammam, Riyadh, and Jeddah, currently employing 40+ staff.

3. Our Supply Chain

Our supply chain primarily consists of: hardware vendors (servers, cameras, firewalls), software providers, installation subcontractors, and facility services. We work principally with internationally certified vendors and Saudi Arabian distribution partners.

• We verify compliance through SAP Ariba Sustainability questionnaires
• We prioritize vendors certified by recognized sustainability organizations

6. Recruitment Practices

We adhere to the Employer Pays Principle — no employee pays recruitment fees. All contracts are in a language the worker understands. We do not retain original employee identity documents. Recruitment is only through licensed agencies. We provide dignified accommodation per Saudi Labor Law.
