Is there a partnership fee?
No fee for Authorized, Silver, or Gold. Platinum requires a $5,000 annual commitment toward shared marketing costs.
Can I be a partner outside Saudi Arabia?
Yes — the program is open globally. We have country hubs in 13 markets and welcome partners in any country.
How are leads from /markets/{country} pages routed to partners?
Inbound leads from each market hub are routed to in-country Gold and Platinum partners first (round-robin). Silver partners receive overflow.
What is the deal-registration / protection policy?
Gold and Platinum partners can register deals upfront and receive 90-day protection plus margin uplift on registered wins.
Can I white-label SkylinePOS or Skyline Cloud?
White-label is available at the Platinum tier with a separate licensing addendum.
What training and resources do partners get?
All partners get access to SCSP training (free), product documentation, sales decks, demo licenses, NDA-protected technical materials, and quarterly update webinars.
Can I move up tiers automatically?
Yes. Tier promotion is automatic on the next quarterly review when you close the threshold revenue.
