Skyline Comms — Cloud Business Phone System (Cloud PBX) - SKYLINE Services in Saudi Arabia

Overview

Skyline Comms is Skyline's own fully-managed cloud phone system: a private hosted PBX for your business with no on-site hardware, encrypted calling, desk and mobile apps, and a simple per-seat monthly subscription in Saudi Riyals.
Skyline Comms is Skyline's own fully-managed cloud business phone system — a complete hosted PBX that lives entirely in Skyline Cloud rather than in a box at your office. There is no on-premise PBX to buy, no PRI or analogue lines to maintain, and no server room or rack at your site; the whole phone system runs in the cloud and is managed for you. Every business gets its own private, isolated phone system with its own numbering space, so each company — and each branch within a group — can keep a clean, simple extension plan (reception on 101, for example) without clashing with anyone else. Your team reaches the same business number and extension whether they are at a desk IP phone, on the desktop softphone, or on the iOS and Android mobile apps, and you pay a low, predictable per-seat monthly fee in Saudi Riyals through the Skyline Cloud portal — no upfront capital cost, and you can add or remove extensions whenever your headcount changes.
Because all of your locations share one phone system in the cloud, Skyline Comms unifies every branch under a single dial plan, company number and auto-attendant: branch-to-branch, city-to-city and even country-to-country extension calls are internal and free, and opening a new branch needs nothing more than an internet connection — there is no hardware to ship or install on site. Voice is encrypted in transit by default, with call signalling carried over TLS (SIP-TLS) and audio over SRTP, and for sites or remote staff who want their phones kept completely off the public internet, Skyline can add an optional private encrypted VPN tunnel so all voice traffic rides an isolated, encrypted path between the site or device and Skyline Cloud. It works over ordinary business internet or over that optional VPN, while home and travelling staff simply connect over any internet link and keep one business identity across desk, desktop and mobile. Day-to-day management happens in a self-service admin console in the Skyline Cloud portal — add or remove extensions, change call routing, set business-hours and holiday rules, and pull usage and call reports without needing a specialist on site — and the same portal is where you see pricing and pay your per-seat subscription in SAR. Numbers are provisioned as local Saudi DIDs through licensed local carriers, with porting available to bring your existing numbers across, and the platform is designed around Saudi expectations, including CST/CITC telecom regulation for voice and NCA / PDPL data-protection considerations.

Industry Applications

Multi-branch retail & franchises

Retail chains and franchise groups run every showroom, store and warehouse on one cloud phone system with a single company number and IVR, while each branch keeps its own clean extension plan and staff transfer or call between sites for free. Opening a new outlet needs only an internet connection — no PBX to ship or install.

  • One company number with an IVR that routes callers to the nearest branch by business hours
  • Free extension calls between a Riyadh head office and stores in Jeddah and Dammam
  • Add a new outlet's extensions in the admin console the day its internet goes live

Professional services & remote teams

Consultancies, law and accounting firms, and agencies give every employee one business extension that rings on desk phone, desktop softphone and mobile alike, so staff stay reachable on the same number from the office, home or while travelling. Encrypted calling and the optional private VPN tunnel suit firms that handle sensitive client matters.

  • A consultant takes office calls on the mobile app while working from a client site
  • Voicemail-to-email so no client message is missed out of hours
  • Remote staff connect over a private encrypted VPN tunnel for added isolation

Hospitality

Hotels, serviced apartments and restaurant groups manage reception, reservations, housekeeping and back-office on one cloud system, with auto-attendant menus, ring groups and call queues so guest calls are answered quickly and routed to the right desk — and properties across cities run under one unified setup.

  • An IVR offers reservations, front desk and room service in Arabic and English
  • Call queues hold guest calls at peak times instead of dropping them
  • Business-hours routing sends after-hours calls to an on-duty mobile

Contracting & field services

Contractors, facilities and maintenance companies keep a head office, project sites and field crews on one phone system, where site teams use mobile and softphone apps on the same extensions as the office. A new project site joins as soon as it has internet, and calls fail over to mobile so a dropped site link never means a missed call.

  • Field engineers carry their office extension on the mobile app between sites
  • A temporary project site is added to the dial plan with no hardware shipped
  • Internet outage at a site fails calls over to crew mobile numbers

Frequently Asked Questions

Do we need to buy or install a phone system or server at our office?

No. Skyline Comms is a fully-managed cloud PBX that runs entirely in Skyline Cloud. There is no on-premise PBX box, no PRI or analogue lines, and no server room or rack at your site. You only need internet and your phones or apps; Skyline runs and manages the phone system for you in the cloud.

How does it work across multiple branches or cities?

All of your locations share one phone system in the cloud, with a single dial plan, IVR and company number. Extension calls between branches and between cities — even between countries — are internal and free. Because each tenant is isolated, every branch can keep its own extension plan with no clashes, and opening a new branch needs only an internet connection, with no hardware to ship or install.

How secure are the calls, and can we keep voice off the public internet?

Voice is encrypted in transit by default — call signalling runs over TLS (SIP-TLS) and audio over SRTP. For sites or remote staff who want phones kept completely off the public internet, Skyline offers an optional private encrypted VPN tunnel, a secure private overlay between the site or device and Skyline Cloud, so all voice traffic rides an isolated, encrypted path. It works over ordinary business internet, or over that optional VPN for extra isolation.

Can we keep our existing phone numbers, and can we get new local numbers?

Yes. Skyline provisions local Saudi DID numbers and supports porting your existing numbers across, working with licensed local carriers. You can keep the numbers your customers already know and add new local numbers for new branches or departments as you grow.

How is Skyline Comms priced?

Skyline Comms uses a simple per-seat (per-extension) monthly subscription, billed in Saudi Riyals through the Skyline Cloud portal and wallet. There is no upfront capital cost, and you can add or remove extensions as your team changes. You can see current pricing in the Skyline Cloud portal at cloud.alskyline.com, or request a quote through our contact team.

How do we get started?

Tell us how many extensions you need and your branches and numbers, and Skyline sets up your private cloud phone system, provisions or ports your numbers through licensed carriers, and configures your IVR and call routing. You then manage everything from the self-service admin console in the Skyline Cloud portal. To begin, contact us at https://alskyline.com/contact or call +966509939334, and visit cloud.alskyline.com for self-service and pricing.
