Overview
Ubiquiti UniFi Installation and Support in Saudi Arabia
SKYLINE installs, configures, supports and troubleshoots the full Ubiquiti UniFi ecosystem for businesses across Saudi Arabia — in Riyadh, Jeddah, Dammam, Al Khobar and beyond. UniFi has become one of the most cost-effective enterprise-grade networking platforms on the market, combining Wi-Fi access points, managed switches, security gateways and a single-pane-of-glass UniFi Network controller that runs everything from one dashboard.
Whether you are opening a new office, fitting out a retail floor, wiring a warehouse, or replacing an ageing consumer router with a proper managed network, our engineers design, cable, mount, adopt and tune every UniFi device so it performs reliably from day one. We work with the current Wi-Fi 7 and Wi-Fi 6 line-up — including the U7 Pro, U7 Pro Max, U7 Pro XGS and U6 Pro access points — alongside UniFi USW Pro Max, Pro XG and Lite switches and the UniFi Cloud Gateway family.
SKYLINE is an independent IT integrator. We install, configure, support and troubleshoot Ubiquiti UniFi equipment; we do not claim any specific Ubiquiti partner tier. Our value is in the engineering: clean cabling, correct VLAN segmentation, predictable Wi-Fi coverage and a controller that an in-house team can actually understand. Need a quote? What We Install: Access Points, Switches and Cloud Gateways
A UniFi network is built from three hardware layers plus the controller. SKYLINE supplies, mounts and configures all of them:
UniFi Access Points (Wi-Fi 7 / Wi-Fi 6)
We position and install ceiling- and wall-mounted access points for full-coverage business Wi-Fi. The U7 Pro and U7 Pro Max deliver tri-band Wi-Fi 7 with 2.5 Gbps PoE+ uplinks for dense offices, while the U7 Pro XGS adds a 10 Gbps uplink and real-time spectral analysis for high-density venues. For budget-conscious rollouts the Wi-Fi 6 U6 Pro remains an excellent value access point.
UniFi Switches (USW)
We configure managed PoE and PoE++ switching to power your access points, IP cameras and phones over a single cable. The USW Pro Max 24 PoE is a Layer 3 Etherlighting switch with 2.5 Gbps and PoE++ ports; the Pro XG range adds high-speed 10 Gbps aggregation, and the Lite series suits smaller branches.
UniFi Cloud Gateways and Dream Machines
The gateway is the heart of the network — routing, firewall, IDS/IPS and the built-in controller. We deploy the UCG-Ultra for small sites, the UCG-Max for growing SMBs (5× 2.5 Gbps ports, IPS routing, on-box NVR storage), the UCG-Fiber with 10 Gbps SFP+, and the rackmount UDM-Pro, UDM-SE and UDM-Pro-Max consoles for headquarters.

Configuration: Controller, VLANs, WiFi and Security
Hardware is only half the job. SKYLINE configures the UniFi Network controller — whether it runs on a Cloud Gateway, a UniFi OS Server, or a self-hosted UniFi Network Application on your own Linux server — to match how your business actually works:
- Device adoption of every access point, switch and gateway into a single managed site, including remote Layer 3 adoption for multi-branch organisations.
- VLAN segmentation to separate guest Wi-Fi, staff, point-of-sale, CCTV and management traffic, with inter-VLAN firewall rules.
- WiFi tuning: SSID design, band steering, fast roaming, RF channel planning and minimum-RSSI settings so devices hand off cleanly across access points.
- Guest portals and captive hotspots with voucher or password authentication for hospitality, clinics and retail.
- Security: gateway firewall policies, IDS/IPS signatures, content filtering and site-to-site VPN between branches.
- Monitoring: alerts, traffic insights, and client/device health on the UniFi dashboard.

Troubleshooting and Fixing UniFi Networks
When a UniFi network misbehaves, the symptoms are usually adoption failures, devices stuck “Disconnected” or “Adopting”, Wi-Fi dropouts, slow throughput, or a controller that has lost contact with its devices. SKYLINE troubleshoots and fixes all of these:
- Adoption and inform issues — we resolve devices that will not adopt by correcting the inform URL, re-running
set-informover SSH, clearing stale state, or re-adopting after a controller migration. - Wi-Fi performance — we run RF scans to find interference and co-channel overlap, then re-plan channels, transmit power and AP placement.
- Roaming and dropouts — tuning minimum RSSI, band steering and fast roaming so handhelds and VoIP phones stay connected on the move.
- Gateway and routing faults — firewall mis-rules, VLAN tagging mistakes, DHCP scope exhaustion and VPN tunnel failures.
- Controller recovery — restoring backups, migrating a controller to new hardware, and upgrading firmware safely.
We also pick up networks that were installed by someone else and left half-configured — documenting the topology, fixing the gaps and handing back a stable, supportable network.
Ongoing Support, AMC and Managed UniFi
A network is never “done”. SKYLINE offers ongoing support and Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC) for UniFi estates of any size, with response targets that suit your operation in Riyadh, Jeddah and Dammam. A typical support engagement includes:
- Proactive firmware and controller updates, tested before rollout.
- Configuration backups and documented change control.
- Capacity reviews as you add staff, devices and sites.
- Remote and on-site fault resolution with clear SLAs.
- Optional fully managed service, where SKYLINE owns the controller and you simply use the network.
For multi-vendor environments we also support adjacent platforms — for example, if you are weighing UniFi against a controller-based enterprise stack, see our Aruba wireless installation and support service. Explore the full catalogue in our technology marketplace.

Ubiquiti UniFi WiFi & Network Installation Support Saudi Arabia — Frequently Asked Questions
Does SKYLINE supply Ubiquiti UniFi hardware as well as install it?
Yes. SKYLINE supplies the current UniFi line-up — access points such as the U7 Pro, U7 Pro Max and U6 Pro, USW switches, and UniFi Cloud Gateways including the UCG-Max and UDM-Pro — and then designs, cables, adopts and configures everything. We are an independent integrator and do not claim a specific Ubiquiti partner tier; our value is the engineering and support.
Can you adopt UniFi devices to a self-hosted or cloud controller?
Yes. We adopt UniFi access points, switches and gateways to whichever controller you prefer — a Cloud Gateway, a UniFi OS Server, or a self-hosted UniFi Network Application on your own Linux server. For multi-site organisations we also configure remote Layer 3 adoption using the set-inform method over SSH.
Which Saudi cities do you cover for UniFi installation and support?
We deliver UniFi installation, configuration, troubleshooting and AMC support across Saudi Arabia, with primary coverage in Riyadh, Jeddah, Dammam and Al Khobar. Remote configuration and monitoring are available nationwide, with on-site visits scheduled as needed.
My UniFi devices show 'Adopting' or 'Disconnected'. Can you fix that?
Yes, this is one of the most common UniFi faults we resolve. It is usually caused by an incorrect inform URL, a controller migration, mismatched firmware, or stale device state. We correct the inform URL, re-run set-inform over SSH where needed, align firmware and re-adopt the device cleanly.
