Supplier Code of Conduct
Standards we require from all supply chain partners

Introduction
SKYLINE expects all suppliers, contractors, and partners to uphold the highest standards of ethical, legal, environmental, and social conduct. This Code defines minimum expectations and is integral to any business agreement with us. This Code aligns with SAP Ariba Supplier Code of Conduct and leading international standards.
1. Labor & Human Rights
- Prohibit forced labor, modern slavery, and human trafficking
- Prohibit child labor (minimum age 18 preferred)
- Fair hiring practices without discrimination
- Respect freedom of association and collective bargaining
- Fair wages and reasonable working hours
- Humane treatment — no harassment or abuse
- Employer Pays Principle for migrant workers
2. Health & Safety
- Provide safe and healthy work environment
- Comply with ISO 45001 or equivalent standards
- Provide PPE free of charge
- Regular safety training
- Emergency response planning
3. Environment
- Comply with all applicable environmental laws
- Minimize emissions, waste, and pollution
- Energy and water efficiency
- Responsible disposal of hazardous and e-waste
- Support sustainable product lifecycles
4. Business Ethics
- Zero tolerance for bribery and corruption
- Comply with antitrust and fair competition laws
- Avoid conflicts of interest
- Protect confidential information and intellectual property
- Accurate financial records and reporting
- Comply with Anti-Money Laundering (AML) laws
- Comply with international sanctions and export controls
5. Data Protection & Privacy
Suppliers must protect all personal and confidential data per applicable laws (PDPL, GDPR), report any data breach within 24 hours, and implement appropriate security measures (AES-256, access controls, logging).
6. Supply Chain Management
Suppliers must cascade these expectations to their sub-suppliers and ensure compliance. Due diligence across the entire supply chain is required.
7. Monitoring & Auditing
SKYLINE reserves the right to audit suppliers (directly or through independent third parties) to verify compliance with this Code. Suppliers must provide requested information and documentation in a timely manner.
8. Reporting Concerns
Suppliers and their employees are encouraged to report any potential violation of this Code through: ethics@alskyline.com or through our Whistleblower Policy.
9. Consequences of Non-Compliance
Non-compliance with this Code may result in: corrective action plans, suspension of business relationship, contract termination, reporting to competent authorities, and in severe cases, legal action.
