Cloud Servers Across the GCC
SKYLINE delivers cloud servers across the gcc for businesses across the Gulf — Arabic-first software, delivered remotely and through partners (no local office required), with secure cloud or on-premise deployment.
Skyline provisions cloud servers for businesses across the GCC — compute, storage, networking, backups and fully managed operations — under one accountable regional partner. We are honest about how this works: Skyline operates no physical datacenter of its own in any GCC country today. We deliver and run your cloud servers remotely, hosted in major global and regional hyperscaler regions — including in-Gulf regions in Saudi Arabia, the UAE, Qatar and Bahrain, and our own Skyline Riyadh region is launching to bring lower-latency Gulf hosting online.
As a vendor-neutral integrator and authorized reseller we can place your workloads on AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, Oracle or Huawei Cloud — or a hybrid mix — and manage everything end to end: provisioning, patching, monitoring, backup and disaster recovery, in Arabic and English.
Compliance is designed in, not bolted on. We map your data against each country's framework — Saudi Arabia's NCA and PDPL, the UAE's IA standards and PDPL, Qatar's NIA and PDPPL, Kuwait's CITRA, Bahrain's NCSC and PDPL, and Oman's OCERT and Royal Decree 6/2022, so regulated data stays where each law expects while collaboration stays seamless across your group. Where formal in-country certification is required, we partner with accredited assessors — we never claim certifications or local datacenters we do not hold.
- No in-country datacenter — honest remote delivery from accredited regions; Skyline Riyadh region launching
- One regional partner, one SLA across all six GCC countries
- AWS / Azure / Google Cloud / Oracle / Huawei Cloud or hybrid — vendor-neutral
- Per-country data-residency design and controlled cross-border flows
- Provisioning, patching, monitoring, backup and DR, in Arabic and English
